Working with a trainer is one of the fastest and most successful ways to improve your fitness. This individualized attention from Sarah, a professionally-certified trainer, will help you custom design a program so you can make the lifestyle and physical changes that may be difficult to achieve on your own. Exercise programs are designed for all populations, including children, pregnant women, and the elderly. Services are also provided for athletes from all types of sports backgrounds as well as individuals looking to lose weight or increase muscle tone. |

The Trainer
Sarah Nelson is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. She obtained certification this year after the completion of her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Michigan Tech, where she focused much of her studies and undergraduate research in fitness, body image, and physiological psychology.
Sarah is currently working with ACT to create a new accreditation for personal trainers by offering evening online courses. She is also pursuing additional accreditation as an Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist through the American Council on Exercise, and plans on pursuing a Doctorate in Human Factors Psychology in 2010.
